Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020
Houston, Texas — HCA Houston Healthcare Division Office and six HCA Healthcare Gulf Coast Division facilities have all be selected by Modern Healthcare as seven of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Healthcare.
The rankings were announced on Sept. 28 in Chicago, Illinois to celebrate the 2023 award winners. Modern Healthcare partnered with the Workforce Research Group and with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process, which included an extensive employee survey. While this program has evolved over the years, its mission remains the same: recognizing workplaces that empower employees to provide patients and customers the best possible care, products and services. The following rankings were appointed to the following facilities and office.

- Texas Orthopedic Hospital (Ranked #10)
- Valley Regional Medical Center (Ranked #13)
- HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland (Ranked #15)
- Rio Grande Regional Hospital (Ranked #44)
- HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest (Ranked #65)
- HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast (Ranked #69)
As the healthcare industry continues to navigate ongoing challenges, the mission of the Best Places to Work program has only become more important. Healthcare leaders have proven that creating nurturing, supportive workplaces for their most valuable asset, their employees, is vital.
