Houston, TX – HCA Houston Healthcare is pleased to announce the opening of its first freestanding rehabilitation facility, HCA Houston Rehabilitation Hospital Southeast. As a campus of HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast, the inpatient facility offers a higher level of care for individuals following an extended illness, stroke, surgery, injury or trauma.
Located at 4801 East Sam Houston Parkway South in Pasadena, the hospital boasts 31 private rooms with private bathrooms and video sitter monitoring capability for patient safety. The inpatient program includes an extraordinary team of dedicated and experienced registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, case managers and physicians who enhance care for all patients.
The hospital includes a state-of-the-art gym, a dedicated dining room and kitchen space, a car transfer simulator and many other resources to allow patients to practice the activities of daily, independent living.
